Booking & payment

How do I book a week?

Use the availability page to choose your lake, dates, and party size, then complete checkout. You can also get in touch by phone or email if you prefer us to hold dates while you decide.

What deposit or payment is required?

Payment terms are confirmed at booking. A cash deposit per angler may be taken on arrival for equipment (see your pre-arrival information); this is returned at the end of your stay when items are handed back in good condition.

Can I change dates or party size after booking?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability and lake rules (for example Lake 2 is exclusive-only with a maximum of three anglers).

Before you arrive

Can I pre-order food and bait?

Yes. See the Food & Bait Packages page for breakfast and meal options, boilies, pellets, particle, and bait lists. Tell us what you need in advance and we will have it ready — you typically pay on arrival for pre-ordered items as agreed.

What tackle is provided?

Unhooking mats, slings, and landing nets are provided for each angler. Bring your own rods, reels, alarms, and end tackle unless your package states otherwise.

How do I get directions and check-in details?

After booking we send arrival instructions, including directions and contact numbers. If you have not received them a week before travel, please contact us.

On the lake

What is the difference between Lake 1 and Lake 2?

Lake 1 offers individual pegs or exclusive whole-lake bookings. Lake 2 is exclusive only — one group per week, up to three anglers. Check the lake pages for swim layouts and features.

Are bait boats or specific rigs allowed?

Rules can vary by lake and season. We will confirm current rig and bait-boat policy in your pre-arrival pack; ask before you travel if you are unsure.

Is there Wi‑Fi or phone signal?

Rural coverage varies by network. Treat connectivity as limited so you can relax — we can confirm what usually works on site if you need to stay in touch for emergencies.

Still unsure? Use the contact page or call us — we would rather answer twice than leave you guessing before your trip.
